The owner of a difficulty circus lists a man and his two children to take care of a newborn elephant, which can fly.
The young elephant, whose oversized ears allow him to fly, helps save the circus in distress, but when the circus is planning a new business, Dumbo and his friends discover the dark secrets under his shiny veneer.

Holt used to be a circus star, but he goes to war and when he came back, he changed it terribly. The owner of Cirque Max (Danny DeVito) hires him to take care of neonatal newborn Dumbo, whose immense ears make him anxious for circus troubles. But when the Holt children learned that Dumbo could fly, Vandevere also (Michael Keaton), the silver entrepreneur and aerial artist Colette Marchant (Eva Green) found himself in a small elephant to make a star.
