Ropery Road Car Park will be billowing mouth-watering aromas of every kind of sweet & savoury fayre from a packed hub of local eatery stalls. From traditional fish ‘n chips, homemade pasties, hog roasts and venison burgers to exotic Mexican street food, high end seafood, haloumi burgers, mushroom melts and home-baked cakes – all washed down with a huge choice of drinks from ‘pop’ to prosecco, local ales and speciality coffees and many other tempting tipples! 2017 – ship-shaping up for the best festival yet!

Like the proverbial duck’s legs operating below the waterline, this is an extremely active time for all those involved with planning for the 2017 Sea Ilfracombe Maritime Festival Most the action this year will be centred around the Old Bus Station Car Park (Ropery Road/Broad Street), stretching out to the harbour front and along the pier. Festival entertainments and a raft of other events will also be hosted around the tiown. The stage is set - literally – for a packed programme of live music, from shanty songs to SKA and rock ‘n roll, already being lined up to provide a toe-tapping backdrop to the abundance of food stalls, seafood cooking demonstrations, street entertainers and water based activities supporting the Festival nucleus in Ropery Road.
