The Sea Ilfracombe Maritime Festival Food Menu for 2018.
The Sea Ilfracombe Crew take their food very seriously and this is reflected in the wide range of foods and drink that are on offer at this year’s festival.
There really is something for everybody. Where possible our vendors have already decided on the dishes they will have on offer however, these are subject to change as are the dates when each vendor will be in attendance.
THE CARLTON HOTEL – working alongside Nathan Townsend of Passmores (suppliers of fresh fish & seafood) the Carlton will be serving their very own handmade scotch eggs made with flaked Exmoor ham hock &Farmer Bobs free range eggs alongside fresh Torridge oysters and a wonderful seafood risotto made with the very best of North Devon sourced seafood.
